Analisis Strategi Pada Atlet Renang 100 Meter Gaya Bebas Selama 5 Kali Penyelenggaraan Olimpiade

Penggunakan strategi dalam kejuaraan renang dapat menjadi faktor penting dalam kejuaraan renang terlebih dalam kejuraan olimpiade. Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat perbedaan pada waktu reaksi (RT), waktu putaran (ST), dan waktu akhir (FT) dalam lima kali penyelenggaraan olimpiade 2004 hingga 2021 pada nomor 100meter gaya bebas. Penelitian ini juga dilakukan guna untuk memberi gambaran bagi pelatih khususnya di Indonesia untuk mempersiapkan atletnya agar dapat mengikuti ajang kejuaraan olimpiade diwaktu yang akan datang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literatur yang dimana penelitian ini berhubungan dengan penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dimana datanya diambil dari website resmi (https://worldaquatic.org/). Uji statistik deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini yang dimana datanya disajikan berupa mean dan standart deviasi. Uji normalitas data menggunakan uji Shapiro-wilk. Dalam membandingkan antar data digunakan uji One Way Anova. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menemukan bahwasanya selama lima kali olimpiade terdapat perubahan waktu pada RT dan FT atlet putra dan putri. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwasanya terdapat perbedaan waktu ST pertama dan kedua pada atlet putra sedangkan pada atlet putri perbedaan waktu ST hanya diawal saja. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwasanya dalam setiap olimpiade terlebih pada nomor 100meter gaya bebas terdapat perbedaan rerata RT dan ST dalam setiap penyelenggaraan olimpiade.
